I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the station. It made travel straightforward. staff readily provided extra pillows, improving my comfort. i also received complimentary beer for opting out of daily cleaning. stores and restaurants located nearby offered convenience.
The room's temperature was difficult to regulate. Turning off the heating did not seem to affect the room's warmth. this.

the hotel was close to the bahnhof munchen ost, so the connections to transportation were optimal.
The staff weren't very polite or nice. i was charged an additional 30 euros to have another guest in my double room. this was despite the room being advertised as a double room that sleeps 2.
